OUR FEES

Property Management Monthly fees

  • 1-2 homes: 8% of the monthly rental income
  • 3-4 homes: 7% of the monthly rental income
  • 5+ homes: 6% of the monthly rental income
  • Maintenance and Service request fees will be invoiced separately and dues to be paid by Landlord


Realtor Service fees

  • New Tenant Lease Fee in a home = 100% of the first month’s rent [One-Time fee]
  • Existing Tenant Lease Renewal Fee in a home = 30% of the first month’s rent [One-Time fee]

This will be determined by the current market rates.
